Our cider is mostly dry, bottled and kegged, and features the taste and terroir of the farms where the fruit comes from. Our tasting room is inside Paonia Books and we're always there Saturday afternoons, Final Fridays, and any of the big wine/holiday weekends in the spring, summer, and fall.
