All natural beef raised by six family ranches in the North Fork Valley. Purchase beef by the piece, half or quarters. When you order a beef half or quarter we process it to your specifications. A great way to fill your freezer with the best beef cuts your family and friends will ever taste. Most of the beef cuts are frozen, but we make fresh-never-have-been-frozen cuts every week.
We make our very own Colorado Classic sausages from all natural pork. Our flavors include Breakfast Sausage, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, Bratwurst, Smoked Bratwurst, Kolbassi, Beef and Pork Polish, Cajun, Chorizo and the most popular: a Hotz Shotz Bratz with cheddar cheese and jalapenos. Our pork line includes chops, roasts, smoked pork chops, bacon, Canadian bacon and smoked shanks. We cure and smoke these products on the premises.
We carry all natural chicken, Colorado buffalo and Colorado lamb.
Store hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 and Saturdays 9:00 to 1:00.
